As a business owner and Creative Director of J Allen Design, LLC, Jamie has turned his God-given talent of graphic and web design into a way to make a living. Serving his profession also as a Senior Designer at Mass Transmit supplements his craft.

Being a visual communicator, Jamie constantly looks for ways to create unique solutions that his clients have come to appreciate. Keeping up with the latest design trends yet maintaining the firm foundation that his years of training at West Virginia University is what has brought him thus far.

Throughout Jamie’s career as a designer, he has worked for large corporations, government agencies, small and large advertising agencies as well as freelancing. The long-standing relationships that he has built with his clients as well as colleagues have been critical to his success and ability to continue to fuel his creativity.

In addition to his career as a designer, Jamie is a dedicated family man, Christian and public servant. With the support of his wife Rachael, they raise three children Paige, Jade and Kaley. Whether it’s changing diapers, coaching a team or helping sell Girl Scout cookies, he manages to keep work and life balanced. His compassion for people gives him the extra energy needed to reach out to those less fortunate, misguided or simply in need of a helping hand.

Jamie’s sense of humor, love of life and dedication to his craft is what makes him tick. Oh yeah, a little bit of hip hop, r&b, jazz and Sports Center mixed in there too!
